Christine Juarbe is a Latina-American actress, model, writer and filmmaker. Born and raised in Queens, NY she has the type of raw grit and awareness of life that runs deep to her core. By her early 20’s, her photos were plastered on subway walls and billboards. After a series of appearances on television and in commercials Juarbe was named 1st runner up in Season 2 of Model Latina. This was a seminal moment for her that paved a path to Los Angeles, CA. 

 

“It’s amazing what you can accomplish with a dream and just two-hundred dollars in your pocket,” Juarbe says of her move across country. “ That’s  the beauty of being an American…the possibilities are endless.” Over the past two decades Christine has been featured  in commercials for Samsung, AT&T, Pizza Hut, Dunkin' Donuts, Owlet, Clearblue and so many more. Her Feature film debut About Hope, is streaming now with Juarbe in the title role.

 

In a post-pandemic world, Juarbe has taken control of her career and her future by forming her own production company, Valley of Light Films. This has allowed her to pursue her own projects, including the Short Film, Dark Room, while also focusing on raising her young son. (Another pandemic production). 

 

Juarbe’s unique perspective on life is varied and eclectic and that perspective comes through in each of her projects.
